21 Nail Lounge is, in a word, posh. This upscale, luxurious nail salon shines with marble floors and nail station tables, and mosaic pendant lamps softly illuminate leather massage pedicure chairs. Meanwhile, in the waiting area, a backlit shelf dramatically shows off rows upon rows of OPI nail polishes in every hue imaginable. But while it may take time to choose a color, there won’t be much waiting otherwise—multiple rows of nail stations get clients into their soothing hot stone spa pedicures or refreshing lemon peel manicures without delay. Besides hand and foot pampering, 21 Nail Lounge also offering reflexology massages, eyelash extensions, and full-body waxing treatments to ensure clients leave feeling relaxed, pretty, and friction-free from head to toe.
Peace of mind that is place is sanitary. Technicians use disposable filers and the metal kits are disinfected and packaged, like they do in dental offices. I’ve seen many salon techs carry their own equipment in bins from one customer to the next or reuse the acetone. You’re not gonna get that here.
Finally a nice CLEAN place in Arlington that isn’t overly expensive. I had a great spa pedicure and gel manicure and will definitely be going back!! I also love that they have an online appointment feature.
Lots of great color options to pick from for both gel and regular polish colors. The pedicure options are amazing and definitely splurge-worthy. The lavender pedicure and hot stone pedicures are always great. Tina gives great gel manicures and is very detail oriented.
